| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Kathleen called to report a +T/C detection on one of the repeat samples. The source sample was good. I recommended the follow up with their well company and possibly have the well/distribution shock chlorinated and flushed. I sent her a copy of the public notice template via email and asked for a copy back of the published notice. I also reminded her to take 5 temporary routine samples in December. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and results. | ||
