| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: System returned a positive coliform sample - system operator stated that she dropped the sample bottle in a mud puddle and rinsed off the outside of the container ACTION NEEDED: The system needs to take 4 repeat samples this month and 5 routine samples next month. I advised the operator to follow proper sampling etequette and discard a sample if it could possibly be contaminated. | ||
