| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform in Routine Sample taken November 5, 2014 DETAILS: Talked to Louise Rhinevault about routine sample taken November 5, 2014 that was positive for total coliform bacteria. When chlorinating for residual maintenance, 4 repeat samples and one sample from the well head is required. She has done the repeat samples and they were all negative. She will take five routine samples in December 2014. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
