| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to routine + TC. DETAILS: I left a message for Theron reminding him to take the repeat samples. The system has had several + routines within the last year. They typically take their source assessment sample the same day which was also +. When they had a + sample in 12/12, I asked Chuck M. if they had to take a triggered sample. He said they didnt need to. I just noticed that they received a violation for that so I emailed him to ask that the violation be removed. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
