Details:	SUMMARY: Source is Ecoli Confirmed DETAILS: Contacted Fern Harter, she is issuing the boil water notice. I have sent in a source evaluation to the hydrogeologist. Fern said she will send in the plan review information for there 5 micron filtration and UV light. Until 4 log disinfeciton is achieved the system is on a boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: Issue boil water notice, plan water treatment appropriate for source.
