Details: SUMMARY: 4 of 5 repeat samples positive DETAILS: 4 of 5 repeat samples positive, only the triggered sample from the well was negative. Mackay will disinfect for a minimum of 6 hours and flush the lines Friday and resample for special on Monday. ACTION NEEDED: 1. resolve issue 2. 5 temporary routine samples in December 2014.
