| Details: | SUMMARY: violation follow up DETAILS: System recd violation notice for no 3rd qtr 2014 coliform. Spoke to new operator Bo and he said parks has been going through a lot of staff changes and just missed sample. Park currently closed for winter but will take 2nd qtr 2015 sample when opening in May. Emailed Bo PN template for non reporting. ACTION NEEDED: post public notice for 7 days on kiosk and get copy to me. Take 2nd and 3rd qtr coliform each year plus annual nitrate | ||
