| Details: | I called Solomon to notify him DWS is considering formal enforcement action due to a number of monitoring violations associated with the water system, along with the failure to demonstrate correcting significant deficiencies following the 2019 sanitary survey. Solomon stated that most or many of the deficiencies have been corrected and that he would send pictures to verify this. For some remaining uncorrected, he will contact the appropriate suppliers and buy parts in the near future. He also stated that the water system has not served customers for one year due to Covid and that it isn't open for events at this time, He also stated that no one is living at the water system while it is closed for events. | ||
