| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli positive routine sample DETAILS: System had collected a routine sample on 11/13/14. The reported residual was 1.0. The sample was taken in the kitchen sink of the operator. I explained to Greg that follow up samples had to be turned in today (11/14). Ed Taber (Board VP) was able to pick up the samples from Greg and delivered to the lab by the end of the day. Further action will be based on the results. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample on 11/14/14. | ||
