| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to routine positive total coliform DETAILS: I left a message for Theron reminding him to take the repeat samples. The system has had several positive routines within the last year. They typically take their source assessment sample the same day which was also positive. When they had a positive sample in 12/12 I asked Chuck M if they had to take a triggered sample. He said they didn’t need to. I just notice they received a violation for that so I emailed him to ask the violation be removed. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
