| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to positive TC repeat sample DETAILS: Spoke to Tammy. She said she thinks the problem is the tap that they took the sample from is leaking. I told her they needed to post PN now. She doesnt have access to a computer so I told her I would mail her a copy of the PN and asked her to send a copy back once she fills it out and delivers it to the residents. She said shes been working on upping the dose of chlorine. Her kit is now reading around 0.15. I told her to keep working on it and that the minimum is 0.2. I also mailed her information on the SWS classes. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
