| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI13462 e coli in 10/16/14 routine sample DETAILS: 10/16 routine sample result shows e. coli as present.Spoke to Lura by phone and found she was on site collecting samples.Reiterated need to collect at least one source sample and 3 samples from the distribution system-- and5 temporary routine samples also due in month of November. Lura said she may call the health dept tomorrow and notify of lab results. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples from distribution1 source sample5 temporary routine samples in November[possible future discussion: if source shows e. coli then 5 more source samples required, if other samples show coliform present then boil notice is warranted plus corrective action…] | ||
