| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up DETAILS: System operator installed a source sample tap to allow for direct source sampling. I stopped by the water system to get a picture of the new tap. This resolves the deficiency from the 6-5-14 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
