| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Sample TC alert DETAILS: I emailed Kyle (kyle9394284@yahoo.com ) a copy of the public notice template and asked him to provide a copy of the issued PN to me. All 4 repeat samples taken in the distribution have +TC detections. I asked Kyle if he took a source sample from the well and if he has any idea where the contamination may be coming from. I also asked about disinfecting the reservoir/well. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for response from WS. Follow up on PN and intervention. | ||
