| Details: | SUMMARY: Triggered sample TC positive. DETAILS: Matt called to let me know that the source sample came back positive for TC. All three of the other repeats came back ND. I explained that they would now need to post PN and I sent him a copy via email. I asked him to send me a copy of what he posts. I also send him a copy of the well disinfection document. He said he hired someone to come in and shock the well this Friday the 21st. I reminded him to take his 5 temp routines in December. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
