Details: SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: System received a violation for not reporting the monthly turbidity/disinfection report. I contacted Jessica and she said indeed the report had not been sent. ACTION NEEDED: System sent in the missing report 11/25/14. The violation will get returned-to-compliance if the November report is turned in on-time (by December 10th).
