| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead 90th % Alert DETAILS: I spoke with Ian about the detection and discovered the offending sample was collected at the well house tap. This tap is used infrequently and had not been used prior to collecting the sample. Ian is going to send a written request to invalidate the sample and retest at another location. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on invalidation request with OHA DWP and advise operator. | ||
