| Details: | SUMMARY: Source confirmed for Ecoli DETAILS: Spoke to Dan Anderson with LC. All 5 source samples are confirmed E.coli. The system has residual maintenance and they are already currently on a Boil Water Notice. CT worksheet will be calculated to determine there chlorine for 4 log disinfection. Source evaluation was previously performed in 2011 stating well is inadequately constructed and will need to be reconstructed if confirmed for E.coli. ACTION NEEDED: Continue Boil Water Notice until interim 4- log Disinfection can be achieved. | ||
