Details: SUMMARY: Positive test for coliform from source DETAILS: The source water assessment test on the well came back positive for coliform. Routine coliform sample a week earlier from distribution was negative. No additional sample is necessary on the water system at this time.FYI -The water systems UV is changed out about every 9 months. ACTION NEEDED: none needed at this time
