| Details: | SUMMARY: Presumptive positive test result for fecal coliform on source sam ple from Well 1. DETAILS: Positive E. coli test on sample collected from Well 1. Firm has collected andsubmitted the 5 repeat samples and expects to see results on Saturday. We discussed the potential response in the event that there is a confirmation in the repeat tests, including a Tier 1 Boil Order and Public Notice. The firm provides water to two other establishments and they will be included in any notifications. A copy of the model emergency manual was provided to the firm with specific attention called to the model press releases located on page 27. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples have been collected and submitted to the firms testing lab. Results must be provided to the DWP. Additional positive results will result in a Tier 1 Boil Water notice. | ||
