Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Follow-u p DETAILS: Ron Loving contact me that the firm had created an operations manual. This was reviewed with the firm and found complete on 10/31114. Previously the firm confirmed on 10/03114 that the testable backflow devices were all tested, and the arsenic treatment plans are on an approved schedule for installation to correct the MCL violation. ACTION NEEDED: All corrections were complete from water survey on 9/30/14.
