| Details: | Today, phone contact was made with the facility operator. We discussed that the facility had missed the monthly coliform sample for January 2021. The firm is aware that they are responsible for submitting monthly coliform sample results until the firm has achieved 12 months of uninterrupted, sample results indicating absent for coliform. To assist the facility with ensuring sampling facilities are available, a list of accredited laboratories was sent to the operator via email. | ||
