Details: SUMMARY: Firm had questions rega rd ing m issed stage 2 DBP sam ple DETAILS: Firm missed the sampling window for Stage 2 DBP and wanted to know what the proper course of action was at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Sampling needs to occur within the specified time window. The firm will need to collect a sample in August of 2015.
