| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to Notice of Non-Compliance letter DETAILS: Spoke to Tim 11/23/14 and asked if he had seen a copy of the letter. He said he just was given a copy of it because he had been out of town hunting for the last 3 weeks. He said they were looking at drilling a new well. I told him he needed to respond to the letter ASAP. I contacted Tim again on 12/3/14. He said they had a board meeting several days ago and it was decided that they would go forward with drilling a new well. I explained the plan review process and asked him to turn in their written plan of action immediately. He said he would turn it in tomorrow morning. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
