| Details: | SUMMARY: Three of five temp routines collected on 11-5-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 11-10 -14 --- David called to inform me that three of five temp routines collected on 11-5-14 tested TC+. I advised him to collect one triggered source sample today and, because of the MCL violation, sent him a Tier 2 public notice to post. I informed him that five temp routines are due in December. We talked about corrective action. I advised him to wait for the results of the triggered source sample and to go from there, most likely to disinfect - shock chlorinate - the system. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
