DETAILS: 11-17-14 --- The triggered source and three distribution repeat samples collected on 11-17-14 tested TC+. Shanisha Reese is out of the office for an extended period: I sent an e-mail to Mark Ellis and several other USFS staff regarding the required follow-up (five temp routines in December and a Tier 2 public notice). I also requested a new contact name and number.--------------Mark Ellis called and said they shock chlorinated the system yesterday and are considering putting the chlorinator back on line. Mark will call back in a day or to with an update as to whether or not they have decided to place the chlorinator on line. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
