Details:	SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies from the 7-7-14 water system survey have been corrected. DETAILS: 11-20-14 --- Significant deficiencies from the 7-7-14 water system survey have been corrected. Emergency Response Plan and O&M Manual have been completed. The storage tank access hatch has been secured with a cable and lock. I discussed the storage tank installation without plan review with Scott Curry: Scott informed me that plan review will not be required in this case. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
