| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT:COLI 13636 --- Two temp routines collected 11-24-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 11-25-14 --- Two temp routines collected 11-24-14 tested TC+. I spoke with Del. I informed him that the required follow-up to this MCL violation is a triggered source sample at each well, a new tier 2 public notice, and five temp routines in December. Del informed me that he disinfected the water system since the last temp routines, but that he may have confused the wells and disinfected the wrong well. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
