Details:	SUMMARY: Concern from a Tenant at Fern Ridge shores DETAILS: A tenant of Fern Ridge Shores called to express her concerns regarding the water system. The tenant states they have formed a community group to discuss the water issues at the facility because they do not trust the onsite manager Bill. I relayed these concerns to Kevin and Shelley Hunt who are the contracted certified operator at the facility. Shelley said they will follow up directly with the tenant to make sure the concerns the system has are being dealt with. The concerns include the onsite manager Bill not performing the sampling he is required to do, water is brown and red a times, water pressure is low in the system in the summer, chlorine is too high. ACTION NEEDED: Replied to the tenant with the contact information for Kevin and Shelley Hunt so they can discuss this further. Will follow up with both parties to see what has been resolved.
