Details:	SUMMARY: Violations DETAILS: Good Afternoon:Your water system at Club Paesono has recently received several violation relating to samples taken in November. I believe most of these violations can be returned to compliance by answering the following questions.-Source sample not taken: the source sample was taken just mislabeled. RT is routine sample and the sample should have been labeled AS for assessment sample and Dist-A is the sample taken in distribution and this should be at well.-Repeat Coliform-Did Not report any again this was mislabeled, Your system was required to take 5 Repeat (RP) not Routine (RT) samples in November. The five samples were taken in November but they were labeled as Routine (RT) and not Repeat (RP) this created the violation.If you can verify that this mislabeling did happen in both cases, I will contact the State Drinking Water Program and instruct them to fix this and your system will return to compliance.Also, are you the contact for this water system now? ACTION NEEDED: waiting for conformation.
