Details:	SUMMARY: Filter plant offline for repairs DETAILS: Brian checked in about the repairs to the filter plant. The plant has been offline since early July for repairs to the filters. The plant will possibly be running again before the end of the year. The city is currently being supplied entirely by JWC. Brian asked about 4th quarter TOC monitoring-- I told him to wait until the plant is running again and then recommence TOC pre/post monitoring. UPDATE 12/31/14: Brian notified the department that the plant is not running yet but should be in a couple of weeks, therefore they will not be submitting a 4th quarter TOC/alkalinity sample - i told him that was ok. ACTION NEEDED: None.
