| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample total coliform + DETAILS: I called Karl the "water operator" about 4:30 pm - no answer. I called back on 11/24 - I talked to him about taking "special" samples after corrective measures. I did recommend that he disinfect the tank and the distribution lines after flushing the system. He still has the original public notice posted. I reminded Karl that the following month requires 5 routine samples throughout the system including the positive site. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective action and special samples ASAP. | ||
