| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample total coliform + DETAILS: Water operator called me on 11/17/2014. I spoke with Karl "water operator" about taking 4 repeat samples ASAP - one sample at the same location and the other three samples from various locations throughout the water system. I did recommend that he disinfect the distribution lines after flushing the system. I reminded Karl that the following month requires 5 routine samples throughout the system including the positive site. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples ASAP. | ||
