| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: Recd phone call from operator Rob that 3 of 5 temp routines on 12/10 positive. system had also just took a triggered sampled from well which was down during the September positive and it was absent. No need to take repeats as there are already more than one TC+ but need to take triggered source samples from both wells. Rob will chlorinate reservoir after taking triggered samples and look into installing dedicated sampling taps in distribution since he thinks it may be plumbing related. I suggested also reviewing coliform sampling plan and quality of sampling sites in use now and maybe choosing new sites. ACTION NEEDED: Take triggered samples, chlorinate reservoir, wait for zero chlorine residual in system and take follow up samples to ensure absent. Will need 5 temp routines again in January and post public notice. | ||
