| Details: | SUMMARY: routine coliform sample tc+ DETAILS: The system collected 5 temporary routine samples and had one come back total coliform positive. Wayne said an error in sample procedure may have been the cause (left screen on faucet). It was also noted the system was only taking one chlorine residual reading and using that result for all samples. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample by 12/18/14. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
