| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Rich from Fishers Supply called to report the detections and inquire about requirements. I sent an email to the owner John Moore requesting Public Notice and informing him that not enough repeat samples were taken (3 were taken instead of 4). Rich also asked about installing a UV device. I said plan review approval from OHA DWP is required prior to installing any treatment. I gave him and John contact info for OHA plan review. I also emailed John the PN template and recommended he shock chlorinate the well. Rich said the well is going to have persistent TC detections due to its age and unknown condition of the seal.
