| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TC on quarterly sample DETAILS: Called Steve Marshall, but was unable to leave message regarding follow-up samples. I will try again, but am mailing this contact report today. Below are the instructions on sampling following a total coliform positive on quarterly sample. ACTION NEEDED: System does not chlorinate: take three repeat coliform samples (1 at the positive location, one upstream and one downstream). Take one more sample at the well. Mark the distribution samples as REPEAT. Mark the well sample as SOURCE.These samples are to be done within 24 hours of positive (or as soon thereafter when the lab is open).Next month - January 2015 - Take 5 ROUTINE samples in distribution. | ||
