| Details: | SUMMARY: Postiive TC on 4th quarter routine coliform DETAILS: Operator has already taken four repeats and one at the source. A new line to the store next to the Resort was installed and not disinfected after work was completed. ACTION NEEDED: If any results of the repeats or source come up positive, disinfect the system properly prior to taking the 5 temporary routine samples in January 2015. Operator indicated that he has information on properly disinfecting the system in his O and M manual. | ||
