| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli positive source sample DETAILS: System collected an assessment source sample on 12/15/14. It came back E. coli positive. 5 additional confirmation samples were collected on 12/17/14 and were all absent for bacteria. Bill spoke with Mike about the possibility of needing to add chlorine contact tanks on to the system. The system also is requesting information on drilling a new well. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
