| Details: | SUMMARY: tc+ routine and assessment samples DETAILS: Jeff called about the positive routine and source assessment samples. There is an ultra-violet unit in place. Jeff mentioned that the warning alarm had been going off and he shut it off. He has replacement bulbs and will be replacing and taking the required follow up samples. ACTION NEEDED: Replace UV bulbs and turn in 4 repeat samples on Monday (12/29). 5 temporary routines will be required in January regardless of results. | ||
