| Details: | SUMMARY: COLIFORM TOTAL, (TCR) ROUTINE DETAILS: 12-24-2014 Contacted Gary Dimon and told him to take four water samples from distribution (one at the prior sample site, one upstream, one downstream, and one anywhere) and one from the source. Then I told him to take five routine water samples in January 2015.Gary Dimon said he will do the following, but thought that the reason why he had a positive sample for total coliform was due to the new employee taking water samples from Analytical Labs. ACTION NEEDED: Take four water samples from distribution and one water sample from the source, then take 5 routine water samples in January. | ||
