| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample taken 12/17/2014 positive for fecal coliform DETAILS: Talked to Joe Anthony and Debra Reimers. Debby has issued Public Boil Water Notice to all residents. Emailed Austin Wieneoke (villagegreenarborists@gmail.com) about 5 confirmation samples from the spring. The repeat samples from the distribution system are negative-- but the triggered source water sample is positive for fecal coliform bacteria. They will take 5 additional samples from the source within 24 hours to confirm-- they will label them confirmation samples. If any of these are positive-- then there is fecal coliform in the water and they will take corrective action. In consultation with state DWP staff, system mayjump directly to Corrective. Action/PN without confirmation samples, if justified. (left a message for Austin Wieneoke, President) about the fecal coliform in the routine sample taken 12/17/2014 from Space #53 hose/bib. Joe Anthony has arranged for Analytical Lab in Eugene to do the 4 repeat and 1 source samples ASAP. Sent this contact report to ACTION NEEDED: Finally, 5 Temporary Routine Samples will be taken in January - the month following the original Routine Positive 12/17/2014. this will assure there is no coliform bacteria in the drinking water.Debby rheimers 541 528 3701Confirmation sampling from spring.
