| Details: | SUMMARY: Completion of remaining 2 significant deficiencies from 2014 survey DETAILS: Dec. 31 was the deadline given for resolving all significant deficiencies and rule violations identified in the 2014 survey report. The final two items (the ERP and Operations and Maintenance Manual) were completed yesterday, 12/30/14, and packets of this information were distributed to all employees. I received written verification of this completion from the owner, Jymme, in an email today. In previous communications, she had confirmed that the three other significant deficiencies had been addressed by 9/8/14. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
