| Details: | SUMMARY: The firm was presented with a letter Notice of Non-Compliance and Corrective Action for Source Water Fecal Contamination. I also provided copies of the laws, a diagram of recommended spring construction, the Spring Source Evaluation and construction recommendation, discussed timelines, a chlorination treatment equipment recommendation, tested chlorination,discussed chlorination records, and lifting boil water notice after documentation of good test results DETAILS: The firm will be providing a plan and timelines for the reconstruction of the spring after discussions with the owner of the spring. Chlorination will be restored with documentation and continue to communicate progress. ACTION NEEDED: Submit reconstruction plans for the spring and provide chlorination records. | ||
