| Details: | SUMMARY: The firm was presented with a letter Notice of Non-Compliance and Corrective Action for Source Water Fecal Contamination on 11-26-14. Italked with Kevin today, who stated the dosing pump p gears are worn and is not dosing a consistent amount. Kevin has reset the pump for a consistent but steady dose, less more often, and researching parts for repairs. Kevin will be sending in a treatment sample before the end of the month. He has called the springowners, but no response DETAILS: The firm will be providing a plan and timelines for the reconstruction of the spring after discussions with the owner of the spring. Chlorination will be restored with documentation and continue to communicate progress. ACTION NEEDED: Submit reconstruction plans for the spring and provide chlorination records. | ||
