| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow-u p DETAILS: Ron Loving sent an e-mail 10/31114, about the water system survey from 9/30/14 and the last unresolved significant deficiency for not having an operations manual on file during the survey. He stated and provided attachments that they now have an operations manual with the coliform sampling plan, ERP, water tests, equipment, distribution, etc...Two of the deficiencies were identified as corrected by 10/03/14 (public notice and backflow testing) in the water survey write-up and the 4th and last deficiency for the arsenic MCL is being corrected at this time as the firm is on an approved schedule and is in the process of installing treatment. ACTION NEEDED: None. All deficiencies from Water Survey are corrected as of 10/31/14. | ||
