| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 12-17-14 and talked to Dann Barnard, Plant Manager. Mr. Barnard was made aware of the volatile sample taken 12-11-14. Mr. Barnard was in contact with his water laboratory to take the 4 repeat samples including a raw source sample as soon as possible . I reminded him to take 5 routine samples in January . ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in January | ||
