| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT:COLI 13805- A temp routine collected on 12-29-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 12-31-14 --- A temp routine collected 12-29-14 tested TC+. I spoke with Del: we discussed the required follow up samples (one triggered and three repeat then five temp routines in January). Del says he will be calling Scott Curry to discuss treatment. Note that well #2 is off-line-- therefore, a triggered source sample will not be collected. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
