| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI13646 --- A routine sample collected on 11-26-14 tested TC+. DETAILS: 12-1-14 --- A routine sample collected on 11-26-14 tested TC+. I left a message for Spoke with Charlotte regarding triggered samples from each well and four repeats from the distribution system, along with five temp routines in the month of December. She believes sampling error may be the culprit as she had a family member collect the sample. She added that collecting the repeats may take a day longer due to a medical issue.
