| Details: | SUMMARY: A routine sample collected 12-8-14 tested TC+ DETAILS: 12-10-14 --- A routine sample collected 12-8-14 tested TC+. I spoke with Jerry today. He informed me three distribution repeats and a triggered source sample from SRC-AA has been collected and said that SRC-AB is off line and is an emergency well. I sent an email to DMCE requesting the schedule in SDWIS be created to require omit the triggered source requirement from SRC-AB and to change the activity status of SRC-AB to emergency (inactive). I also informed Jerry that five temp routines are due in January. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
